Integrating Human & Artificial Intelligence: How to Survive & Prosper in The Digital Age

Digital reinvention for both Business and Government is now a national and state imperative for innovation, reinvention and survival. Business Leaders and HR Executives across all industry sectors are embracing "new digital technologies" especially AI and robotics, which are transforming business and a recent McKinsey report forecasts 60%of contemporary jobs will cease to exist in the next 10 years.

In order to keep pace with these rapid changes, business leaders need to redefine their CX-centric strategies and execution capabilities. With typically 70% of total OPEX being labour costs, the importance of the Human Capital equation within the Enterprise has never been more important.

NSW Business Chamber in partnership with SP Jain School of Global Management presents 2018 HR Summit and aims to examine the challenges and opportunities faced by organisations in integrating human with artificial intelligence in order to build a sustainable organisation for the digital economy.

In this HR Summit you will gain insights from our keynote speakers and panel experts addressing some of the challenges faced by their industry and firms.
