This is the second workshop as part of a 4-part series created to show businesses how collaboration with their internal staff, with other businesses and with their clients is a fast way to build value for clients and increase the value of a company.

Collaborative Behaviour – practical tools and strategies to ensure collaboration is possible and successfully applied. What are the behavioural aspects of collaborating?

·         The five steps required for real collaboration

Outcomes
Attendees will know unequivocally what is required of them to collaborate, and will take away a proven process to engage with fellow collaborators.

Your Workshop Leader
Noel Corley, Director and Creator of “A Simple Truth”

Engineer and teacher of commercially successful conversations with clients and higher referral rates. Noel will change the way you think about and talk to clients and possible clients.

Our facilitator - Tulsi van de Graaff

Tulsi is a former lawyer with a psychology, mediation, counselling and investigation background. She is a facilitator, coach, presenter, mediator and management consultant. Her expertise includes leadership development, conflict resolution, coaching and mentoring, team building, communication skills, building relationships, dealing with difficult behaviour, having crucial conversations and child protection.
